This is a beautiful well balanced pen with some heft and size.  We use premium Hawaiian Koa which is inlaid with Italian acrylic and the metal hardware is plated with chromium and titanium oxide.  As with all pens made by Lau Lau Woodworks, it is water and chemical resistant because of the special finish applied to each pen. This takes a Parker style refill.
